This weekend my husband went to the butcher shop and decided to buy stuff wholesale. I have a freezer full of chicken and hamburgers. I think I’ll be eating this stuff for months and months. It’s been only a few days and when I start thinking about it I feel dizzy. How many chicken recipes can I possibly make? How much hamburgers can I possibly make? I’m reminded or my mother’s friend, she has to cook chicken everyday of her life because that’s all her husband eats. She says she looks at the chicken and asks it, “How should I make you today chicken?!” I bother her and ask her, “What are you cooking today?” and her response is “the f**king chicken!”
