Petechiae

So today as I was brushing my teeth I noticed a bunch of red dots on my hands.  These dots appear from time to time but since I had those bumps on my hand not too long ago I decided to get online and diagnose myself, again.  Well I think I have something called Petechiae.  As long as I can remember it has always been on my hands so I hope that is better than having it all over my body like some pics I’ve seen.  Right now I’m looking at my hands and the amount of red dots have decreased considerable.  Thank goodness.  What’s going on with my hands?! Should I be worried?
