Eyeshadow Makeup

I like wearing makeup but I don’t really know how to put it all together.  I don’t know the difference between concealer, contour, power.  I don’t know which one goes first.  The extent of my makeup knowledge is eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush and lipstick and with that I’m out the door.  Now do I know how to put what I know all together to make it work?
